December 3rd-Quick meeting as we prepped for Yule feast. Announcements for openings and transitions of the following roles: Senechal, Exchequer and Webminister. Please contact either office if there are any interests. Voting will occur next meeting so please attend!
November 5th-Quick meeting as we were prepping for the Manor House. Voted and approved a Cash box for Yule Feast.
September 24th-Discussion on Manor House Theme Name for Room. Aldred came up with the name Christmas in Sherwood. We will be reorganizing our schedule for future meetings, since unfortunately there was a lack of interest in dancing. Meetings will be organized as follows: 1. Scribal/Business, 2. Class, 3. Rapier, 4, Class 2 and 5. On the Go. Discussions on classes wanting to be taken and Yule Feast Classes as well. Chainmale was a good topic. Discussion was led on Crown Tourney since it is pretty close a handful of us are going. Prereg asap for Tourney since there is feast and it seems amazing!
Webminister/SMO-Updates have been pretty well accomplished with up to date information on Yule and Main Site.
Exchequer-We have money and a contribution coming in for volunteer work via Artemisia during 50th
August 28th–University Church Gardens (TUC) introduction to the group and details introduced. Harvesting time and help needed. The Manor House Decorations are well on their way and we are organizing that quickly. Yule Feast is quickly approaching and classes are being organized. Pellegrina will be stepping down as Exchequer May/Juneish 2020, a call out for a new exchequer was listed. Sept 10th Hennah was a possible class coming up.
-Webminister: Updated site more adding more images per a nice request to put on front page, Yule feast needed some promotion.
July 23rd– Heavy Combat is a go, they have loaner gear but we will absolutely need a marshal for this to work. Social media officer-Updating items and Webminister Adding Heavy Tab. Nothing Major on Agenda (pre Pennsic)

April 23rd- We shared the meeting this week with the Barony. There was discussion on the upcoming Day of Range and other events. The running for the Barony Seneschal is up coming.

January 8th -We were approved to pay the church funds out of the Fjordr coffers, the church is in reserve now for us for 2019, including our event in December.
*Yule Feast 2019 Notes*
The church has let us know that the only Saturday available in December is the 7th due to how Advent falls. This was later discussed to be an ok time even though it falls on a large annual Kingdom event.
