February 4th–
Seneschal: Presented the newsletter and highlighted Vday coming up since a group of us will be attending. Great shopping opportunity and just up in Kalamazoo. Coronation will be coming up and is being hosted in unison with The Barony and the Marche. Open opportunities to help. Our business meeting nights would like to follow up with a focus on Heavy and Scribal. Atleast a few in armor. Reminder that the kids will need to be out of the gym if there are too many people in rapier or heavy. Discussed new classes for March-on the thought bucket though added a class in unison with the face masks-Writing with Elvish with Aldred. Reminder of when to be out of the building and that all rapier must be out of the gym by 9:45p. Voted on MOAS to be Artemisia and it was unanimous. The Cynnabar Invasion was brought up and a few meetings were adjusted to ensure the day was dedicated to their visit! Home work from last time to find some locations and possible other places to meet up at. 7 Eagles is a possibility for larger outdoorish events.

Updates from Positions
Exchequer (Pellegrina):
Yule feast report – we did make a small amount of money! Feast costs ran high. We were able to save a little of that because of the auction. We will have to think of ways to make money throughout the year. We can not have another Yule that doesn’t bring in money or we can not pay for a site.
It was questioned if we could sell items through a storefront for the Fjordr. Charity will look into it.
Webminister (Phae):
Site has been updated and all font should match at this time. Order of Precedence has been added for a test run. Schedule has been updated to separate out the Meetings from A&S classes. Manor House and Yule Feast pages have been updated. Phae will be visiting TUC Gardens on Jan. 19th to drop off a few things and see how things are going. Added a few things to be working on in upcoming Senechal term-Every 4th Tuesday Meeting will be Youth Oriented A&S classes. It has been asked upon the Baronial Youth A&S Champion to discuss with her peers on classes they would like to teach and attend. Artemisia then later arranged 2 classes to go for this. There is strong interest in looking for a new site, for Yule and meetings 2021 year. Gave homework for everyone to bring in some ideas of places they think maybe worth checking out.
Ari brought in the loner fencing gear that was purchased for the group. These were Godfrey’s items and Ari wanted to make sure they were available for people to barrow. Charity took them home to inventory them for the exchequer records.

December 3rd-Quick meeting as we prepped for Yule feast. Announcements for openings and transitions of the following roles: Senechal, Exchequer and Webminister. Please contact either office if there are any interests. Voting will occur next meeting so please attend!
November 5th-Quick meeting as we were prepping for the Manor House. Voted and approved a Cash box for Yule Feast.
September 24th-Discussion on Manor House Theme Name for Room. Aldred came up with the name Christmas in Sherwood. We will be reorganizing our schedule for future meetings, since unfortunately there was a lack of interest in dancing. Meetings will be organized as follows: 1. Scribal/Business, 2. Class, 3. Rapier, 4, Class 2 and 5. On the Go. Discussions on classes wanting to be taken and Yule Feast Classes as well. Chainmale was a good topic. Discussion was led on Crown Tourney since it is pretty close a handful of us are going. Prereg asap for Tourney since there is feast and it seems amazing!
Webminister/SMO-Updates have been pretty well accomplished with up to date information on Yule and Main Site.
Exchequer-We have money and a contribution coming in for volunteer work via Artemisia during 50th
