The A&S populace competition will be a bean count as a part of the Three Spears tournament. Anyone is able to participate in the bean count, regardless of whether they have a team. If they are part of a team, there is a single point for the entry and an additional point for their documentation.
If artisans need/want a theme for their entry, they can have it be Yule themed, but they aren’t limited to that theme.
BOAST
